Fees/Methods of Payment: Please contact the office for rates. Cash or Credit Card are acceptable forms of payment at the time services are rendered for self-pay patients and co payments. We understand everyone may not have insurance and we offer a sliding fee scale for individuals who may not be able to pay the full self-pay rates.  

Accepted Insurances:

NC: Aetna ,Magellan, United Healthcare, CIGNA/Evernorth, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Vaya Health, Humana/Tricare Military

GA: Aetna, Anthem BCBS, Beacon Health, CIGNA/Evernorth, Compsych, Humana, Megallan, Multiplan, United Behavioral Health

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend your scheduled therapy session, please make sure you contact the office to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of the appointment time. There will be a no call/no show cancellation fee of $50 if you do not contact the office to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time.
